What you should know about the sale
Alexander Forbes Health (Pty) Ltd, FSP number 33471, formed part of an internal restructure within the Alexander Forbes Group to improve efficiencies within the business. This resulted in Alexander Forbes Health (Pty) Ltd (AFH) being sold to another company within the Alexander Forbes Group, Alexander Forbes Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, FSP number 1177, company registration number 1969/018487/07, with effect from 1 January 2023.
The result of the sale will not affect the service offered to you. However, your broker appointment with AFH will no longer be recognised by your medical scheme. In order to continue as your healthcare broker, we need you to appoint AFFS as your replacement medical aid broker.
To access the portal to appoint us, you will be asked for personal details and a password. Please refer to the personalised email we have sent you for your login credentials.
